Netia wants to increase business efficiency by revisiting its legacy decision processes.
In 2017, Netia understood the need for redesigning their operational processes to improve speed-effectiveness and increase its decision-making. They wanted to transform the manual decision-making process from the different legacy software systems by making them centralized, automated and data-driven. They also wanted to add a new survey system for in-house employees.
Netia aimed to integrate many of the legacy software services with a new solution to eliminate the need for managers to manually use particular systems to make decisions. All of those actions would be moved to a cell phone with a preinstalled application.
Netia contracted Genuitek as a technology partner to help them address their needs with an efficient IT solution.
A centralized automated system for decision-makers
As a first step, Genuitek performed an on-site discovery for Netia, to understand their key needs and translate them into a technological solution.
As soon as the scope had been agreed with Netia, Genuitek proceeded with MVP development. One of the critical challenges for the team was the timeframe of two months for the MVP, delivered from scratch.
Notification Hub System
The N-Hub System that Genuitek designed and delivered for Netia works as a complex solution for the customer’s needs.
- The solution is based on the own Notification Hub System – a web-based and mobile application that integrates with other applications and takes the decision processes straight to the mobile phone.
- The N-Hub System also includes a survey module and the administration dashboard.
- The solution uses data science to provide additional information related to the process to make the manual decision-making easier and efficient.
- The solution was installed in Netia intranet and has been integrated with several core processes helping managers to make decisions faster and easier.
